All material, paint, and hardware is on the boat. All is needed to make this a great sailboat is time. It look like a mess but if you look every thing you see is new, gust put the doors back on and some carpet on the haul and your done. The picture with me setting on it was when I got it.

New all wood floors and new cabinets in the bathroom and tough out all the molded carpet and made sure the wood that is left was good. Put on a new motor mount and replace some of the steps. When I get the boat, the keel was bad, I haul it out, redid the bottom of the boat, and repainted the bottom. I made a new ruder out of the old one by cutting the shaft in half and putting in a stainless steel shaft in side of it and bolting it down the machinist said it would last longer that the boat. The sail were custom by Quantum designs. All new auto roller furling and jib sail, it will go to 135 %, and main sail with 3 reefs. New upholstery refrigerator plus lost of hard ware.
